The attentive staff, led by the wonderful Mr Osmann, catered to our every need with genuine warmth and friendliness. the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a great selection to start the day right. the well-maintained rooms were spotlessly clean, and the cleaning service truly went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel allows for easy exploration of Istanbul's iconic sights, just a stone's throw away from bustling restaurants and a metro station. the design of the hotel exudes a sense of newness while preserving its historical essence, making it a true gem in the heart of the city. As an art historian with a deep appreciation for architectural heritage, I was mesmerized by the terrace views that overlooked the city's enchanting skyline, a sight not to be missed. the roundtrip airport shuttle service, along with other facilities like dry cleaning service, ensured a seamless and stress-free experience. With safety features like a smoke detector and security system in place, I felt well taken care of during my time at Doruk Palas Hotel. As someone who values both comfort and history in my travels, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
