The attentive staff, led by the wonderful Mr Osmann, catered to our every need with genuine warmth and friendliness. the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a great selection to start the day right. the well-maintained rooms were spotlessly clean, and the cleaning service truly went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel allows for easy exploration of Istanbul's iconic sights, just a stone's throw away from bustling restaurants and a metro station. the design of the hotel exudes a sense of newness while preserving its historical essence, making it a true gem in the heart of the city. As an art historian with a deep appreciation for architectural heritage, I was mesmerized by the terrace views that overlooked the city's enchanting skyline, a sight not to be missed. the roundtrip airport shuttle service, along with other facilities like dry cleaning service, ensured a seamless and stress-free experience. With safety features like a smoke detector and security system in place, I felt well taken care of during my time at Doruk Palas Hotel.
